Ashley Grove started her design career when she was just 11, creating and sewing her handmade purses. She developed her love of design into a Journalism Graphics degree at Ball State University where she graduated in 2007. She's worked at several newspapers and print publications achieving such roles at Art Director, Life & Entertainment Editor, writer, designer, photographer and food taste tester.
Ashley worked for a short time in the health care industry, designing marketing and executive communications for Amerigroup, a Fortune 500 company. While there she took her first photography course since high school and became responsible for photographing the company's events.
She finally decided she needed a new challenge. One that took her all the way to Chiang Rai, Thailand where she worked for Izara Arts, a fair trade organizations. She revamped their entire marketing plan, along with photographing and designing new catalogues, prototyping new products and blogging the entire adventure.
